    The green tea leaves are taken from the plant known as camellia seninses. After that all the leaves are boiled in hot water so that all the germs can be killed. The next step after boiling is that the leaves are fried and rolled in machine. After rolling in the machine the kleaves are set under sunlight so that leaves can dry. Sunlight helps to enhance the flavour of these petals. These leaves are full of Antioxidants and Nutritions which also Protect us from several diseases like cancer. These type of tea has very less amount of ‘caffeine’.
