At Thottam Farm Fresh, we endeavour to meet our customers’ expectations and we assure you of maintaining the highest quality standards with respect to our products, its processing and packaging. Once a product is delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per original order raised by the customer, there is no refund or exchange possible.
If any items are damaged or expired or not as per the customers original order, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and return the product to our address mentioned on the website. Kindly mention the reason for return of product along with order number and date of delivery and we shall take necessary steps to rectify the problem by either providing a refund or providing an item of equivalent value in exchange. All such claims must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery or immediately thereafter. Any such returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and the item must be in an unopened and saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer exchange or refunds on any opened or used products. Postage and charges for return will not be refunded. Kindly allow one to two weeks for any refund requests to be processed.
