Social Media Marketing Lead

Role:

1. Develop a social media marketing strategy for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
2. Conduct market research to identify articles, blog posts, etc. that would be aligned with the social media strategy developed
3. Develop metrics to measure the success of the social media strategy deployed on the above platforms
4. Create content for implementing the social media strategy
5. Implement the social media strategy on the above-mentioned platforms
6. Measure the success of the social media strategy being implemented (customer acquired, customers engaged, etc.)

Field Marketing Lead

Role:

1. Identify wholesale and retails stores (all across India) who would be able to market and sell Thottam Farm Fresh products (spices, tea, and others)
2. Visit these stores and drive sales of Thottam Farm Fresh product at these stores
3. Measure monthly sales and identify strategies to improve the companies long-term sales

Skillset:

1. English Proficiency (Oral and Written)
2. Malayalam Proficiency (Oral and Written)
3. MS-Office Suite or similar
